Jamil Mouawad

Jamil Mouawad is a Senior Fellow at the Arab Reform Initiative in charge of the COVID-19 and social justice project in the Arab world and the independent professional associations project in the Arab world. He is also a lecturer in politics at the American University of Beirut, where he teaches courses in Public Policy, Political Science and Lebanese politics. He holds a PhD in politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. He is a former Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute, Florence.
