Research on the Arts

Established in 2022, Research on the Arts Working Group (RAPWG) seeks to  investigate the relationship between arts and the social sciences and identify gaps and research agenda/s on writing on the arts in the Arab region. The activities of the working group are informed by the four-cycle collaboration  between the ACSS and the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture (AFAC) on RAP research grants program, which include as assessment of the RAP research program followed by a series of publications.
